What’s On?

Welcome to worship at St Augustine’s!
Please join us in prayer by lighting a virtual candle. If you are unable to attend a service, and would like a home visit, for either prayers or communion, please email or phone.
Please also join us throughout Advent at one of our study groups.  Held in the church, Dave will lead sessions at 6.30pm on Tuesday and following the 9am Eucharist on Wednesday mornings.  There is no need to RSVP.
Advent is also the season of giving, and we are well and truly in the swing of things already!  Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Love in a Shoebox program and helped with our St Bart’s hampers. Please find details for how to donate to the Christmas Bowl and ABM on the noticeboard as you walk in.
We are continuing to collect pantry items and toiletries for Pantry 6053
The Laugh Club is now meeting at 1pm on Tuesdays.  Gold coin donation to participate.
The Taizé Healing Service is the fourth Sunday of each month at 6.30pm, following by a light supper.  It is a non-denominational Christian service, and all are welcome. November will be the last for this year, as we will have a break in December.
Parish Council meetings are the first Sunday of each month at 10.30am.  If there is anything you would like discussed, please let Brenda or Ivonna know the week before.
If you would like a copy of the weekly readings and pew sheet delivered, please contact Jude.
The latest ‘Messenger’ news and events from the Diocese can be found here.
